Abstract
The report V treated problems cotinued on the report IV. Abjects for analyees in this place are urban area "gun" and 95 cities-these are sampled by one rule. Scale of constructive activity are considered from several sides. Consequently it has been known that individual circumstances occupied a large weight in problems of scale of constructive activity. And to find common tendency in constructive activity was difficult. One of the reasons is that we can, consider well as data are not enough.
