Abstract
We have tried time studies about various kind of urban facilities to obtain foundamental data for design of the facilities and buildings. This is the first report of our several series of it. Here, we report such results of studies about factories, elementary schools, junior high schools, and senior high schools as follows; 1. On factories, modes of concentration curves are between 5 and 15 min. before beginning time of the work, and ratio of concentration in 5 mine. is about 25%. 2. On elementary schools and junior high schools, modes of concentration curves are between 0 and 15 min. before beginning time of the lesson, and ratio of concentration in 5 min. is about 23%. 3. On senior high schools, modes of concentration curves are between 0 and 10 min. before beginning time of the lesson, and ratio of concentration in 5 min. is about 30%.
