Abstract
When hard aggregates are used in fresh and workability concrete, it's compressive strength is decided by its water cement ratio, as has been shown by Abrams. Compressive strength of low water cement ratio of concrete is greater than high water cement ratio of it. But stiff consistency of concrete has been performed with difficulty; workability, consistency, filling of it are worse than soft consistency of concrete. It is generally look for that concrete work is performed by soft consistency of concrete and when it is hardened its physical properties are shown as if it were stiff consistency of concrete. Experimental studies are carried out with the intention of above on concrete producing by direct current. The amount of water removed was 10〜13 percent of all the water used in mixing. This made it possible to improve the water cement ratio as below. W^I/C=0.64W/C+12.3 W^I/C is extractor of water cement ratio. W/C is water cement ratio. Relationship between temperature of concrete and electric current, electric power is below. T=0.95V+8 T=0.17W+26 T is temperature of concrete. V is voltage. W is watt. Coefficient of electro permeability (α) is obtained by reducing the water in concrete equation. α=D/4πη D : Dielectric constant ζ : ζ potential η : viscosity of water. The data shown in Table 4.
