Abstract
We had measured the wind pressure fluctuations in the strong winds for research of the it's dynamical effects on the steel towers. The gages for measure the wind pressure fluctuations, is the strain gage type gages that reconstructed the soil pressure gage. At used it, we had confirmed the character of wind velocity and direction by experiment at the wind tunnel, and obtained the experimental formulas. This special pressure gages mounted on the transmission steel tower near the sea coast, and reseached the relation between the averaging times and gust factor. More-over, this report is state the results that reseached the relation between averaging times and amplitude components of each periods by Fourier analysis about the wind pressure fluctuation records. Then, from the results, calculated the spectra densitys of wind pressure, and the dynamical magnification Kr of the displacement at resonance of single mass system. The results of it, we had obtained the experimental formulas of mean values at Kr, and the deviation values of it.
