Abstract
With the progress of special branches of medical, it is most important phases in the design of hospital to grasp, on the whole, the traffic and transportation in hospital. Therefore, I surveyed the frequency of all sorts of people's coming and going to each department in TORANOMON HOSPITAL. This research report consists of three sections; in report (I), (II), I mention the analysis of type and volume of traffic, and in report (III), transit time distribution of various activities. The results obtained are as follows; (1) The method of the best location of each department, (2), The system of circulation on various vehicles.
