Abstract
In the previous paper, the equations of the three dimensional elastic slope deflections were derived (§1., §2., §3). §4 in this paper, elasto-plastic slope deflection equations are established by introducing elasto-plastic stability coefficients. §5 refers to the derivation of the relationships of biaxial moments, thrust, curvatures and mean axial strain without using numerical integral calculus and determination of variable coefficients. These relationships are estimated from the moment-curvature relationships of the recutanguler cross section based on the way of thinking that the H-shaped cross section is constructed with three elements of rectangular cross sections. §6 refers to the analysis procedure for frames. In §7, adaptability of the presented method was investigated and the predicted loaddeflection relationships showed satisfactory agreement with experimental results which was discussed in (part I). The presented simple method of three dimensional elasto-plastic analysis does not need much complicated calculation and enables to investigate the three dimensional elasto-plastic behaviour of rigid frames constructed by many steel members.
