Finding out any preservation program of cultivated lands in urban district and adjusting further urban growth into agreeable on is the aim of this study. Basing on its aim, this report deals with the changing processes of farmers' actions for the urbanization. Coming down to facts, we trended the changing processes of farmers' employment status, their cultivated land use and proverty forms at Morikawachi in Higashi osaka city and Ozone in Toyonaka city.
