A CONSIDERATION OF THE EFFECTS ON THE WORKS OF BUILDINGS GATHERED SMALL-SCALED FACTORIES WITH HOUSING : Study on housing and industrial mixed land use areas (No.4)

Abstract

It is difficult for self managers of small-scaled factories to separate housing from their factories, because of work for many hours with all the family. Therefore the works of buildings gathered small-scaled factories with housing are important for them. But national regime for the works is not existed today. Under the condition, in this study I picked up several different works of buildings gathered small-scaled factories with housing enforced by the local government and the private company and furthermore I tried to evaluate the effects of the works.
