This reseach applied to the students (high-school and University) to grip their desire of facilities in housing estate in conection with their habitation. The reseach was carried 1st time 1958 and 2nd time in 1959, to analize the structure of time spent in living, the consciousness of having or not having their own room, desier of commninty-center, libraly, movie-theater and other public-facilities. The result as follow The resemblance is studied the structure of time spent in living according to sex (male or female) and school (high-school or University). The estimate of their living in housing-estate is rather comfatable about rest and study, but they think their environment is consisting that make tediousness of their leisure time. They have their own hobbies, sports that consist the leisure time. There is not so much difference about the desier of facilities between in and out of housing-estate, or sex and school Much in need facilities than now are libraly, community-center and facilities used by athletic. These desier of facilities have no relation with the consciousness of having or not having their own room. The situation to think having their own room is limitted to the case using room only one parson or with brothes and sisters, and coliving with their parents is not take for having their own room. From these analyzation, in order to avaid tediousness and spent a vivid atractive life in housing-estate, these public are dasiered as libraly, community-center and facilities about athletic, in and around there. These facilities have tendency rather "Association" than "Community".
