Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the present condition of resident's experience and evaluation on housing learning and consulting, and make clear the current problem of improvement in dwelling awareness of resident. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained: 1) 60% of the respondents who acquired the residence need for the prior study and consultation in housing acquisition. 2) The prior study and consultation is required in order for a resident and a designer to do mutual understanding. In future, the support of resident's active action is important to acquire a good housing.
