Abstract
The activities and problems of local assembly halls in Sapporo are clarified. And we considered the state of small common houses closer to the residents. The findings are as follows. (1) The space which can perform various things in one space. (2) The gallery which local information can send. (3) Equipment and service which solve a local problem. (4) It is necessary to be smaller common houses.
