CONSERVATION DESING AND IMPROVEMENT FOR OLD GUMMA PREFECTURAL OFFICE BUILDING(History and Theory of Architecture)

Abstract

Conservation works for continuous use of historical buildings in Showa era are increasing. But present situation of the conservation technique of historical buildings is not improved enough unlike the cultural heritage. It is required that the method of accumulating general technology, instead of using special technology, is improved. This paper reports the Conservation technique for old Gumma Prefectual office building.
