DEVELOPMENT OF THE DISASTER INFORMATION MUTUAL SUPPORT WEBGIS AS PURPOSES OF USE IN ADVANCE OR DISASTER SITUATION(Information Systems Technology)

Abstract

In recent years, WebGIS is focused on Local Government in order to share information with local residents. However, the most WebGIS sites contain maps and information without telling a solution how these contents utilize for living safety. The purpose of this study is to develop the disaster information mutual support system based on WebGIS. This report shows 4 structures, the present issue of WebGIS, the system development, database construction and how to use the system as a provision for advance or urgent situation.
