This paper describes development of the new hybrid aerodynamic vibration system for base-isolated high-rise buildings and some evaluations for wind force acting on the buildings and wind response of the buildings by using the developed system. Previous experiments for examining performance of the developed system and simulation of aerodynamic vibration of the base-isolated high-rise building in shear flow are conducted. From the result, it is confirmed that the system can evaluated not only the wind response but also the wind external force including the motion-induced.
