Abstract
This paper aims a process of factory closedown of an enterprise. (1) Activity and the content by related organization from the announcement to selling in lots when large-scale factory is closed and (2) About the attraction of enterprises of the site. This case used the technique and the agreement book on an existing city planning. The site was developed dividing into the residential land and the site for business use. The housing & bisiness land was separated based on city planning act. Also housing construction in business site was restricted, therefore the enterprises who acquired the sites were affricated by those restriction.
