Recently, the field treated by the city planning and the machizukuri is diversified. Technic of practicing plan that cooperates with various organizations is requested. The number of cases where the university laboratory also participates is an actual machizukuri as a specialist increases, and the method of the partnership with a local community becomes a problem. The points of this research is shown below; 1)We considered the effect on practicingg education of machizukuri by the activity of Machinaka laboratory of the local university. 2)We considered the right role and the directionality of the activity on Machinaka laboratory in the local city in the future. 3)At last, we considered the possibility and the problem about the manage-ment of Machinaka laboratory of the local university.
