Abstract

This paper presents the development of the business support software that uses the ASP (Application service provider) base to aim at the support of the asset management and property management for real estate in Japan. The necessity of the software use and the effectiveness of the ASP use are described in the first half. In latter half of this paper the information technology for the business support software are reported.
