Abstract

This paper deals with the process of renovation of a storehouse to cultural facility, named Jyurokuban-Souko, built in 1910, and with the citizens activity for preservation and use of it. Additionally, in this report, we describe problems on the side of the management, importance of connection and subsidy system in local society and so on.
