THE NECESSARY CONDITION FOR THE CIRCULATION OF SPACE RESOURCES IN THE ACTUAL CONDITIONS OF MAKING GOOD USE OF THE PUBLIC STOCK SPACE

Abstract

In late years various changes in the environment surrounding public facilities have produced much surplus space. It is important to circulate those space resources as an action to the problem of the global environment. Therefore, in this research, after grasping the quantity of the stock and investigating the actual conditions of practically reused space for 33 cities in Chiba Pref., some practically useful ways of the public stock space have been analyzed. As a result, the necessary condition for the circulation of surplus space resources has been clarified.
