Abstract
It is important for city planning in the future to maintain a residental area that have good living environment developed intentionally. Utsukushigaoka introduced pedestrian road in land readjustment project before public sector and it led to maintenance of the law. The purpose of this study is to clarify how pedestrian road of Utsukushigaoka planned, and how it changed.
