Abstract
This practical study is based on the consumer education course of home buying. It is real estate agent’s duty to explain important matters to the buyer. Half the buyer has no memory of the explanation. 70% has no memory of the delivery of the paper. Half does not comprehend the important matters. 90% suspect to commit to a professional if the fee is acceptable. It is useful to instruct basic knowledge, to hold the consumer education course, to establish the advice centre. The transaction system which has the professional attendance to give advice to the consumer is also useful.
