Abstract

In Hokkaido, it is mentioned as directivity which realization of compact city planning should aim at.
In this study, with the aim of realization of the compact city management, the relation of the city accumulation formed by the division system of an area designated for urbanization, the city managerial cost (city infrastructure administrative expense, etc.) and the evaluation of the land use trend of a city area and residential section development.
