Abstract
In this research, we investigated the resident’s consideration concerning housing performance of rented housing in cold region. As a result, it was clarified that the resident’s satisfaction and moving intention are influenced by the performance, and the intention is expected to be restrained by improving the performance. However, there is a problem with a little information obtained when a rented housing is chosen. It is difficult that a borrower chooses the housing finishes being satisfactory. It is clarified the most borrowers have various dissatisfaction after move in, and many of these dissatisfaction is dissatisfied of the regionality.
