JUDGMENT PROCESS OF CONSERVATION METHODS FOR EXTERIOR MATERIALS IN HISTORICAL RC BUILDINGS

–Case of main building of Yokohama Customhouse–

Abstract

In conservation and renovation of exterior materials in historical buildings, it developed that guideline of judgment process is necessary because a variety of judgments are asked, even if the policy of conservation was decided.
This report shows judgment process of conservation methods for exterior materials in historical RC buildings, through inspection and analysis of process in conservation and renovation, as case of main building of Yokohama Customhouse.
