Abstract
Reorganizing provision system of community medical and welfare services is crucial in underpopulated areas because these inhabitants are found to be disadvantaged in receiving public services, especially medical and welfare services appropriately.
The study aims at finding current problems in these areas and Q/A serveys were carried out on the way of receiving these services in the area. Several feats were obtained on the problems in the areas.
