Abstract

This paper organize outline of the project of human resource development in Sendai National College of Technology. It also considered the problem for become independent in the way of base of human resource development by region cooperation. The purpose of this project is to cultivate the working engineer and student by PBL. And they settle in the hometown as the talented person who can contribute to the realization of the low-carbon society after training completion. From the past implementation status and result, it discussed the cultivation system by region cooperation. In addition, it showed the form for a preliminary essay.
