−Summary of the client support services and the status of private housing consulting−

Abstract

This paper aims to summarize the client support services and the status of private housing consulting available currently. This study found that clients needed personalized supports and information to select one out of the several builders, they searched for. However, only a few consumers actually receive consulting services, which are mostly highly priced. Moreover, these types of services are not widely known to the general consumers. Therefore, majority of the consumers need to utilize other means to ensure that they optimize the benefits from any housing situation.
