Abstract
“JIYUGAKUEN MYONICHIKAN” was built with Frank Lloyd Wright and Arata Endo, and specified for national important cultural properties in 1997. In this paper, we research the plastering of restoration work of MYOUNICHIKAN that was conducted from 1999 to 2002. As a result, policies, materials, a mix proportion and a process of the plasterer construction are clarified. It is basic policy of a restoration work to return to a state at the time of the foundation but new materials and method of construction are used for improving safety and constraints of construction. This will provide important data for restoration and preservation of buildings using.
