Abstract
This study investigates and analyzes the true cause of industrial accidents of building maintenance workers in buildings after the completion, and examines how the physical factors of the building affect the workers’ operations and behaviors in the processes of the accidents. Our research aims at improving the efficiency of protective measures of safety management, by eliminating the possible hazardous elements of buildings, in the process of construction.
