Abstract

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has launched the project “Local Housing Project” from 2012. This project is intended to strengthen the capacity of wooden housing production and maintenance system in the region. This paper clarifies how small housing builders in the Tokyo metropolitan area collaborate, and what they expect.
