Abstract

From 1991, RUSSIAN housing strategy have been confusion, because of its liverty program. In this paper, we recognized housing problem in KHABAROVSK and we commented about housing strategy for KHABAROVSK GOVERNMENT. The result of this study as follows ; 1) It is important to have housing strategies for each households. 2) and have housing management programs for each housing estates.
