THE ACTUAL CONDITION OF INCIDENTAL BUSINESS AT THE TIME OF SEISMIC RETROFIT DESIGN OF CONDOMINIUM

Abstract

Enforcement of seismic retrofit of condominium has many obstacles, and designers are hard to assume business contents. In this research, we performed hearing investigation to designers who have done seismic retrofit design of condominium. As a result, matters which have influence on the progress of seismic retrofit plan of condominium have emerged and grasped the association with business contents of designers. And we summarize the whole aspect about incidental business at the time of seismic retrofit design of condominium in detail.
