DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF BABY ROOM CONCEPT BOOK

Abstract

Baby room concept book was developed based on the surveys with the purpose of indicating guidelines for the planning of nursing room and changing station. It contains the following: site planning, scale, zoning, access routes, interior design, lighting, facility planning, details, and layout plans. Then, taking feedback from users into consideration, it has been revised and enlarged.
This process shows the importance of responding to a changing situation and establishing a feedback system. Continuous revises will contribute to provide better environments of lactation and changing despairs for children and their family.
