Abstract
This paper aims at clarifying the actual condition of exiting home buyers’ usage of housing information leading the sense of security. For data collection, interview survey into buyers was exploited. By the very diverse information including the impression, buyers get the understanding of the markets, the view points for the real estate searching, the reducing the anxiety and so on. For the buyers’ sense of security, the information from the residents’ view point, the early involvement of architects or builders, the support for actualizing the anxiety, the public information about areas would be effective.
