Abstract
Dynamic properties of 23 middle-low rise RC/SRC buildings during the 2011 off the pacific coast of Tohoku earthquake was investigated through the identification of strong motion data.
From the identification result of SDOF simulated wave, the identified results of strong motion data can be reproduced. Viscous damping can be estimated from the part of small amplitude.
The change of natural periods during the earthquake is related to the damage condition of buildings.
