Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the concrete design methods for attractive commercial space in the cases converting housing to store. Conversion housing to store could be useful for making use of vacant houses, which have been increasing today in Sapporo. As the result, the basic patterns of functional change in conversion and the characteristics of renovation methods in each pattern were ascertained.
