Abstract

In recent years, it has become an issue in the construction management to improve productivity. Therefore, the authors surveyed man-hour rate of construction management business. The results of the survey, we revealed 436 tasks, and able to grasp the respective man-hours. In addition, we specified the business that should considered improvements, and discussed measures of improvements.
