A STUDY OF TRAIL CALCULATION CONDITION OF COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT PLAN OF PUBLIC FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURES

– A case study in Nisshin city, Aichi pref. –

Abstract

This report is a summary of creating a “Comprehensive Management Plan for Public Facilities and Infrastructure” in Nisshin City, Aichi Prefecture. The difference in results obtained through trial calculation conditions based on the prospects for available resources and for medium and long term expenses were compared and analyzed. The analysis showed that results differed greatly depending on the trial calculation conditions. Items necessary to prepare a feasible “Comprehensive Management Plan for Public Facilities and Infrastructure” in the future are conditioned.
