Abstract

This study aimed to report on the result of the questionnaire research to clarify utilization of users’ place and furniture in Day-Service Center for children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities. The results of the research are as follows.
1.About 65% of facilities of care for daily life used mat and bed, and about 65% of developmental support centers for children with disabilities used mat.
2.About 50% of facilities of care for daily life and developmental support centers for children with disabilities used mat, because they thought it was good for user to live in homelike environment.
