This paper reports the renovation project of “Okasan’s house” by multi-actor partnership in Setagaya-ward, Tokyo. In addition, this paper aims to consider the meanings of this renovation project by multi-actor partnership, focusing on the intermediate support organization and the local association of architectural firm. This study indicates the meanings as follows; 1) To present the possibility of new support for community space by the intermediate support organization, 2) To present the possibility of support for community space renovation by architect’s professional organization.
