Questionnaire Survey on the ‘Machini-wa Hibarigaoka’ project of the Residents

Abstract

“Machini-wa Hibarigaoka” is an area management project in a housing complex developed on redeveloped site. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the project of the residents, and clarified how the project had affected the community and what kind of issues the project would face. The paper pointed out that there was a difference of perception for the necessity of area management activities among residents, which could depend on social and special contexts.
