Abstract

The client is considered to play a pivotal role within the whole development process of a building project in order to improve the efficiency and value of building production system. The purpose of this paper is to analyse building development projects in the UK which are invested by overseas developers, discuss the structure and task of those client representatives, and present an effective management method.
