Abstract

There is no definition of criteria for the performance improvement inspection. This study researches the public sector, which includes national subsidies and financial loans for housing renovation with performance improvement, and private training sessions of six architectural schools with four examples of survey reports. The public sector requires inspection of seven criteria. The private groups educate architects on inspection methods for the performance improvement beyond the public sector. They educate about inspection method of deterioration status and performance improvement, and legal integrity before renovation. Moreover, the preparation of those renovation plans is taught.
