The new era of development has subsequently been accompanied by many challenges such as urban sprawl and inappropriate urban expansion, informal settlements, and environmental pollution, which have all negatively affected the urban environment. The paper initially observed experiences from case studies related to quality of life, urban growth, and affordability issues. Secondly, the study identifies a multi dimensional approach strengthening inclusive urbanization. In conclusion, the study clarifies how the Afghan government can promote the production of more affordable housing by presenting assessments and suggestions, thus contributing to the improvement of affordable housing in Kabul.
