TYPOLOGY OF USAGE COMPOSITION OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE MANAGEMENT COMPLEX BUILDINGS AND EVALUATION OF OPERATION AND ACTUAL USAGE BY BUILDING MANAGERS

Abstract

In the public-private management complex building, “high convenience” and “synergistic effect” between uses were highly evaluated by the building manager questionnaire. In addition, the inefficiency in facility management was “the shape of the building is complicated and crowded”. In this study, the spatial composition of public-private complex buildings was quantitatively analyzed from the evaluation of management and operation and actual usage, and the issues of public-private complex buildings were clarified.
