Abstract

We clarified the role of CMR in the complex public facility development of small municipality. In (Part 2) we analyzed the methods of collaboration and problem-solving by various stakeholders for 6 themes using the diagrams showing the relationship between stakeholders in the process of the design and construction detailing. Furthermore, we clarified the role that CMR should play in constructing and functioning the system of collaboration. We conclude that promoting collaboration among various stakeholders in public construction projects, which have become increasingly complex in recent years, will be an important role for CMR in the future.
