QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEY ON FORMWORK CONSTRUCTION USING SOFTWOOD PLYWOOD IN CONVENTIONAL FORMWORK CONSTRUCTION METHODS TARGETING FORMWORK CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS PART 2: CONFIGURATION OF WALL FORMWORK AND ACTUAL CONDITIONS OF CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

This report presents the findings from a questionnaire survey aimed at clarifying the actual conditions of formwork construction using softwood plywood. It covers various factors, including the configuration of wall formwork, storage conditions, reuse times, and common defects. The survey revealed that in formwork construction using softwood plywood, there is a decrease in the reuse times of plywood and an increased propensity for the formwork to warp. Additionally, based on the survey results, we have organized the challenges and considerations for using softwood plywood in conventional formwork methods.
