CONSIDERATION OF A MAINTENANCE SYSTEM USING POINT CLOUD DATA

Abstract

This study proposes a platform for building maintenance management that integrates point cloud data with equipment attribute information and maintenance history. Point cloud data accurately captures equipment shapes, while attribute information is managed using COBie, and inspection records are maintained separately. By linking these datasets, the platform enables efficient searching and referencing of information, providing functions similar to BIM. This approach aims to enhance the digitization and efficiency of maintenance tasks in existing buildings.
