ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS FOR INVESTMENT PLANNING IN PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING

Abstract

When private high school have a plan of rebuilding or enlargement, they should study the economic feasibility of it in the project planning stage. But for private high school, the reasonable and effective method of feasibility study is not established until today. This paper shows the system and method of feasibility study, and the factors for size, capacity and investment planning are clarified and arranged for planning data through the survey of construction investment in private high school.
