CASE STUDY ON SYSTEMATIZATION OF PLANNING FOR SHARING AND REALIZING A VISION IN A RURAL CITY : In the case of Nakashibetsu town in Hokkaido

Abstract

This paper introduces a case of systematization of planning for sharing and realizing a vision in rural city, Nakashibetsu town, where community plan and land plan were integrated to formulate a master plan of the city. The community plan was formulated for residents, while the land plan was organized according to its natural and historical background.
